  1. How do I rent a unit?

    Call the office or stop in to make sure we have a unit available for you - Bring your drivers license. We will not rent to someone that we don't have required identification from to aid in security of all our tenants. If you're not sure what size unit you need and want to take a look at a couple different size units to make sure you get the right sized unit ask the manager for the keys and go out and take a look. After you decide, come back to the office and we'll get you signed up.

  2. Is there a deposit required?

    Yes we require a one-month deposit plus a clean out fee and lock deposit.

  3. Is there a minimum requirement for renting a unit?

    Yes! We do not charge an account setup fee but we have a full two-month minimum rental period.

  4. How do I pay for my unit?

    Rent is due the first of the month. You can pay by check, credit card, debit card or cash. You can send a check by mail or stop at the office and pay by any of the listed methods. You can pay online with a credit card, debit card or we can set you up on auto-pay. Auto-pay provides you with the convenience of knowing that your rent is paid on time and the assurance of avoiding any late fees.

  5. Do I need to provide ID?

    Yes! We will not rent to someone that we don’t have required identification from to aid in security of all our tenants.

  6. Is my rent prorated on move-in and move-out?

    We pro-rate the month you move in but we do not pro-rate when you move out.

  7. Do I need to bring my own lock?

    We provide you with a cylinder lock similar to the lock on soda machines. We give you two keys for the cylinder lock and you can provide your own padlock in addition, if you wish. The cylinder lock is spring loaded so you have to push in on the key and turn to open it and then pull the cylinder out.

  8. What if I move?

    You are responsible for letting us know your new address.

  9. What do I do when it is time to move out?

    We ask that you give us a 10-day notice prior to moving out. You must fill out a move-out form to verify when you are moving out and to assure us that we send your deposit to the correct address. You must also return the two keys and sweep the unit clean when you move out to get your full deposit back. It can take up to two weeks for us to process your deposit refund.
